For knowledge migrants, starting work in a new country is quite an undertaking. A new job, a new living situation, new people, and usually all in a different language. So there is much more to it than just the immigration procedure. That one alone is complicated enough and different for each individual case.<\/p>

It is also always exciting for employers to hire a candidate from another country. You would like someone to find their niche smoothly and get to work quickly in their position. <\/p>
