Once an employer has found the right international employee, there is a lot to arrange. Immigration procedures require specific knowledge and every situation is different. Our immigration advisers are happy to take care of the process. They ensure that all paperwork is completed correctly and on time and stay in contact with both the employer and the international employee.
Even if you only want advice or to have part of the process arranged, we are here for you.
One-stop-shop
Once international employees arrive in the Netherlands, they can visit our in-house IND and the municipality of Wageningen desks for important final steps in the immigration process.
Many formalities can be arranged efficiently at one location. Where possible, we combine the collection of residence documents, municipal registration and relevant welcome information in one appointment.

The IND has its own in-house in-house desks at WCFV. International employees can visit this desk for services such as providing biometric data and collecting their residence documents.

The Municipality of Wageningen also has an in-house desk at WCFV. International employees can register with the municipality by appointment, allowing important formalities to be arranged efficiently at one location.

Our Special Partnerships
With the Immigration and Naturalization Service (IND)
The IND has its own desk at WCFV. This allows expats to go through all important steps in one go, such as obtaining residence permits and providing biometric data.
And with the Municipality
The municipality of Wageningen also has an in-house desk. Because we often apply for a citizen service number in advance, the procedure at the municipality can proceed seamlessly in one go. This ensures very short lines and ensures that the entire process runs smoothly.
