No matter how small or large your organization is, from that point on we are happy to take care of the entire process. There is no single standard procedure for all expats. When expats have arrived in the Netherlands and we have arranged the immigration process for them, they can come to us in-house with the IND and the municipality of Wageningen. No long waiting times, just quick and efficient handling of these formalities. We schedule one appointment during which we arrange the residence permit, municipal registration, and provide all the welcome information the expat needs. It’s that easy!

Our Special Partnerships
With the Immigration and Naturalization Service (IND)
The IND has its own desk at WCFV. This allows expats to go through all important steps in one go, such as obtaining residence permits and providing biometric data.
And with the Municipality
The municipality of Wageningen also has an in-house desk. Because we often apply for a citizen service number in advance, the procedure at the municipality can proceed seamlessly in one go. This ensures very short lines and ensures that the entire process runs smoothly.
