“Dinner on the Dike is one of our most special events and part of the Wageningen Cultural Summer. During this evening, we transform the dike into an atmospheric dining venue, where guests enjoy delicious dishes of world cuisine in the open air, surrounded by beautiful natural surroundings.
After the successful editions of 2023 and 2024, which attracted 700 and 1,000 visitors respectively, we enthusiastically look forward to the third edition in August 2025. This event is all about meeting, diversity and connection, with a menu that brings together the flavors of different cultures.
What makes Dinner on the Dike extra special is our commitment to make the event accessible to everyone. Therefore, we make 20% of the tickets available to people from minima and residents of AZCs in the area. In this way we want to give as many people as possible the chance to participate in this unique experience, sharing the power of culture and community with everyone.”
