Please note: there is a one-time schedule change for the IND and the Municipality of Wageningen at Welcome Center Food Valley.
These in-house desks are normally available on Thursdays, but this time they will be here on a different day:
- Tuesday, 10 June
Thursday, 12 June
In-house desk of the Immigratie- en Naturalisatiedienst (IND)
If your new non-EU employee is arriving without a visa or has received a residence permit extension, the IND collects biometric data to produce a residence card. Once ready, we’ll schedule an appointment to collect it.
In-house desk of the Gemeente Wageningen (Municipality of Wageningen)
Every Dutch resident must have a citizen service number (BSN), needed for essentials like opening a bank account or taking out insurance. This BSN is issued during municipal registration in the Personal Records Database (BRP).
