Formalities
Part of the immigration process includes formalities from government agencies such as the IND and municipality. These are important steps in the process and thanks to our short lines and in-house desks, these formalities can be carried out smoothly.
At our in-house IND desk, biometric data can be taken and residence permits can be picked up.
In specific cases, a residence endorsement can also be issued.
At our municipal counter, expats can register and immediately receive their BSN, provided it has been requested in advance. This pre-registration is unique because of our special arrangements with the municipality.
After these formalities are completed, employees can complete payroll registration with their company, open a bank account, sign up for health insurance, register for cell phone subscriptions and complete all the other steps to settle in more quickly and smoothly.
This saves time and reduces frustration.

“Get support from people who are knowledgeable. In many cases, it is quite complex to comply with all the rules and regulations.
The WCFV has the necessary expertise. That way you avoid fines that are imposed if you don’t comply.”
